Named for the town that taught us to cook this way
Stellenbosch is the second-oldest town in South Africa, set among oak trees and vineyards at the foot of the Jonkershoek mountains. Its kitchens blend Dutch, Malay, and indigenous Khoi traditions into something entirely its own — slow-cooked, generously spiced, built for a full table.
We opened this kitchen in Tallinn to bring that same table north: the same recipes, the same coals, the same instinct to feed people properly.
